They say, I say
Most people say that blogging does nothing for a person, That it doesn't help with anxiety, Stress, Depression, Health issues etc but in my opinion they are wrong on so many levels. When I started blogging it took a lot of my stress, I was able to talk about my feelings and get my point across to the rest of the world and people in it. I was able to explain myself and my feelings, It was something to take my anxiety away and make me feel better about my problems and myself. I was happy when getting it off my chest. It almost made my problems disappear for a minute because I had a place to vent, a place that takes all my struggles away which I have been sturggling for awhile, and it was nice to be able to talk about it and sort of move on from it even though I was basically just telling myself, it felt good to get my story out there.
